Campaign for an English Parliament

CEP News Blog

On the 23rd of July 2008 the Edinburgh Dungeon tourist attraction, run by Merlin Entertainments, commemorated the 1298 Battle of Falkirk in which the English defeated William Wallace and his army by “banning” English visitors unless they signed a Pledge of Allegiance to Scotland and William Wallace.

St George is Cross

As a result of this, the Campaign for an English Parliament is asking all its visitors to pledge their allegiance to England and King Edward I.

We will stop asking visitors for this pledge of allegiance when Merlin Entertainments issue a public apology for the offence their racist promotion caused.

I Pledge my Allegiance

I DO NOT Pledge my Allegiance
