I read with interest your complaints about the light hearted banter of ABE. I find it amusing you take it so seriously.I also find amusing the fact that you quite clearly want to dictate who, as a Scottish nation we should support at the World Cup. Keep your your 1966, your english flags and songs south of our border and we won’t have any problems. Your anti scottish agenda is the only rascism here, particulary the posts on this website. Why do you feel the need to try and control something which has nothing to do with you?

I’m completely for an independent Scotland. I also agree that the English should have their own parliment for English people and English values. Do whatever the hell you like in your own country and keep your nose out of ours

English people to lead England. English flag on all public buildens. English common law for England and for all who stand and live in England then you will see the power and love of the English. SIMPLE!!!!

We english are continually being told we already have an english parliament at westminster,in the last prime ministers questions in july anne begg a scottish MP commented that there will be at least 89 MP`S not standing at the next general election and that these positions should be filled with more ethnics eg.gays,asians,blacks,gordon brown our scottish prime minister agreed,it seems england is going to be ruled by people (put)into these positions rather than being democratically elected. England needs an english parliament run by the best democratically elected people who have englands best interests at heart.

I believe that an English pariliament is exactly what this nation needs, finally we will be able to restore a national Identity that has eluded us for so long.

I am all for a Federal system, I believe that it will be as beneficial for us as complete Independence from the U.K.

Independent of what exactly … you need to decide whether to have a UK with separate parliaments for the individual nations , ie a federal system or a totally independent England , my personal preference is to keep the UK under a federal system where defence, immigration, transport are under control of the main UK party and each nation has its own parliament to decide on national issues .
I would also like to see the UK out of the EU but in as an associate of the free trade system.
I voted for the common market in 1975 , I didnt vote for the monstrosity that has become the EU, those of us that voted were misinformed and basically lied to . Primarily the Conservatives pushed like hell to get us in .. betcha wish they hadnt .. have a look at ..

An English Parliment and the consequent breakup of the union will work to the benefit of England. As an independent country we can if we like apply for membership of the EU with substancial reduction in membership fees, now horrendous. Or just be an associate like Iceland. This will negate present EU laws and be an independent country again, no longer governed by Scottish Labour sell outs and non-accountable EU beauracrats. England and the English Flag for the English. ex-pat Brummie
