Mike Knowles
Mike Knowles, Head of the CEP Media Unit and former Chairman of the Campaign, made the maiden speech of the Conference.
He delivering a rousing speech on the CEP’s vision of the future governance of Englan, Gordon Brown’s vision of England, regionalisation and the Scottish Claim of Right.
