Canon Kenyon Wright gave the final speech before lunch. He gave an insight into the Campaign for a Scottish Parliament and the Scottish Constitutional Convention. Canyon Wright believes that Tam Dayell MP, the Scottish MP who first posed the West Lothian Question refused to sign the Scottish Claim of Right – and was the only Scottish MP to do so – because he recognised the important constitutional challenges that this would produce.
