		<description>Yes, the Magna Carta was signed in England, conquered by the Norman French in 1066.  It had nothing to do with the majority of the English serfs but instead with &#039;English&#039; Barons who had come from Normandy to conquer England.  I don&#039;t see ordinary English people mentioned anywhere.</description>

		<description>I think Labour&#039;s days are numbered in England and the rest of the UK.  

I hope we can have a more modern constitution than Magna Carta which was quickly dismissed at the time by the King.  It was essentially a bargain between a Norman French King and a group of Norman barons supported by Scotland and Wales, the English people didn&#039;t have a look in (as usual).</description>
