St George is Cross

The British Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has rather embarrassedly been forced to admit that it has spent only £230 on promoting St Georges Day in the last 5 years.
In 2008, DCMS spent £116 on promoting St Georges Day, £114 in 2007 and nothing in the previous 3 years.
