This week the UK parliament is holding cross party talks on the future of care in England.

None of the parties have a strategy or manifesto for England and each party counts on the votes of unaccountable MPs from outside England to pass legislation.

Who will mention the Barnett Formula and demand fair funding for the elderly of England? Who will even say “England”?
